A little advice on my plan

Hey guys, I just wanted to get some advice on getting a harder body. I have been weight training since I was in high school playing football. I am 26 years old now and I am in a profession that will remain nameless where being fit is a must. I am one of those guys with just straight shitty genes. I train hard and eat decent. If I clean up my diet I can get down to around 16%bf. right now i am at around 18% and I would like to get down to 12-14%bf. i weigh 193 lbs and i am 5'10" Here is my plan to do it. Help me out if you can!

Diet:
2500 cals a day with 1 gram protein per pound.

Training:
Monday, Thursday:
Chest, Back, biceps, triceps
All supersets and giant sets
5 mile run

Tuesday, Friday:
Legs and shoulders
Supersets and giant sets
3 mile run

Wednesday and Sunday:
Abs
HIT cardio (varied sprint training)


AAS:

Week 1-12: Test C 500mg/wk split into two
Week 1-14: 1mg adex per day
Week 15: 100 clomid/ 40 nolva
Week 16: 50 clomid/ 20 nolva
 
since u need to be fit the routine is fine...i guess im not a fan
too much adex go w .25 then if needed bump it up .5 and so on...
up the calories by 500 or more. id work w 3js on diet cuz this could be tricky w all that running and high intensity.
pct should be 4 weeks and u wait 2 weeks after last pin to start
1st cycle 250-300 is enough to grow.

Thanks for the advice bro. It is much appreciated. How come you say you are not a fan? If there is a better way that I can drop BF% and still gain some lean muscle or just not lose what I have then please let me know. I just always read cardio cardio cardio. Trust me, I fucking hate running but I have to do it. Again though if you have a workout routine suggestion as well then hit me with it. Thanks again.
 
^^^ lower the adex and use it eod, pct should be 4 weeks with clomid 50/50/50/50, nolva 40/40/20/20, you can run hcg also if you like. everything else looks good

a clean diet along with test will help you drop the bf. i also think 2500 cals a day with all that cardio is not enough, talk to 3J in the diet section and get the diet fixed
 
you should get your body fat down a bit lower before you start... you should not go into this until your diet is cleaned up as well... diet and training need to be spot on or your just wasting your time... have you ever cycled before? what made you choose test c or the others? cutting is my thing man so if you have questions, pm me...

you should get your body fat down a bit lower before you start... you should not go into this until your diet is cleaned up as well... diet and training need to be spot on or your just wasting your time... have you ever cycled before? what made you choose test c or the others? cutting is my thing man so if you have questions, pm me...

What should My bodyfat be before I start? I am going to got get it checked next week. Honestly I am in good shape and train well, I have just been eating whatever I want. I just cleaned up my diet a little over 2 weeks ago to prepare to start this thing next week. You really think its going to be a waste? If I cycle and put on some good lean muscle won't that help me burn off some more BF? I have used sustanon in the past. Two cycles. Also, I chose test c because I am not really able to use prop due to having to pin so often. I travel lot for training in my line of work. It's all good though because my training is ALL physical. Is there something else you would recommend? I can pm you yet though cause I'm a newbie.

normally about 15% would be about right for starting... that sucks you can't use prop but i understand with the traveling... c will be fine i was just wondering why you didn't go with prop... but i understand why now... it won't be a total waste... it just won't be as beneficial but you will still get results if your diet is cleaned up!

Thanks man. Again I appreciate the advice. Hey I was looking at 3Js carb cycling plan. I have read that carb cycling works but damn $250 is a lot for a meal plan. Is it worth it? I have the discipline to stick to something if I know for sure it will work. What you think? Should I bite the bullet and get the plan? If I eat and train right how long would it take me to drop from 18% to 12%?
 
So I signed up for a plan from 3J. I went with the carb cycling plan and now I am just waiting for him to write it. In the mean time I have been eating nice and clean and have been doing 1 hour of cardio a day. When I run the road it comes out close to 7 miles and about 6.2 when I run the trails by my place. Hopefully I can see some of this body fat start melting!
