Ordered (on a Holiday weekend no doubt) and received my order today, EXACTLY when it was promised!

You guys rock in the customer service aspect of business! (have never used their products before so I'll post my thoughts once I'm done, but as for customer service: bar none! And being the owner of my own business I know how crazy that aspect can be)

what about universalkits...i've gone through them twice and both times the shipping has taken forever, and this time when I finally recieved it there was an item missing...might have to check out researchology
