Does anyone do any ab exercises, i tend to neglect them, should i do ab exercises? I knwo I should, what am i saying, i want to knwo everyone else ab training skillz?
Yes, you should do ab exercises, unless you're a genetic freak. I usually do some combination of knee ups, leg raises, ball crunches, side crunches, cable crunches, etc.
I don't think it is necessary to use a weight to train your abs, and you are probably leaving yourself open to injury.
Make sure you breathe out as you contract your abs and you sit up. Imagine that you are trying to push your belly button down to touch the floor as you do your crunches
exercises on a swiss ball are excellent for promoting trunk stability as well as developing your abs
Does any body run, from what my trainer told me, if you work out hard nough in the gym, you shouldn't have to run, is that true, cause I never run, but even when i don't do abs, i feel a good workout on them just from other exercises.
