training your abs will have no effect on yur definition but if yur on test you shouldnt care cuz you aint gonna be cut fer a while now just bulk up like a mofo then cut down after your done with a good super clean diet and cardio as far as ab training i dont do any and have shitty genetics for bas to boot but still can see mine, cuz i keep my water level low and diet clean, so train yer abs like normal and just hit everything hard and focus on a full physique
