"It never ceases to amaze me the small amount of importance that many people who take steroids give to the quality of the gear they use. Steroid use in itself can be risky, unless you use intelligence, but simply failing to recognize the importance of using real, quality gear from a proven and reliable source is downright stupidity (as the pictures below clearly indicate).

One of the most common emails our team receives daily goes pretty much like this... "Why should I pay for a source list when I can get the same info for free on the Net?" -- A picture's worth a thousand words and below, you'll see why!

The following pictures were posted on our member's board recently and show an abscess which developed in a member's tricep as a result of using non-sterile gear."

The guy doesnt look like he uses steroids either, or he shouldnt be using them cause he can put on size without them first. Second, did he cut that himself? wtf? That can lead to exposure and cause a bigger infection or death.

Why would someone inject in the tri, with those size tris, there not enough meat there

Even sterile procedures can lead abscesses. In all actuality it's impossible to be completely sterile in the home or even most hospital settings.

This post always makes me shake my head. Its not so much about non-sterile gear, we have NO CLUE why he got that abcess. For all we know he used a dirty needle, his skin wasnt prepped, the vial top was dirty etc etc. Also, abcesses take a while to develop. This guy is just a damn retard if you ask me.

I agree.

We must also recognize that almost all IM injections introduce some contamination into the muscle. I didn't realize this until recently, when I discovered that people with weak/no immune system (there might have been a specific disease in the case I read about, don't remember) are prone to abscesses from IM injections at the hospital.

use betadine instead of alcohol to clean the skin prior to injection.
I don't know about steroids, but I do know about germs

Abcess always start out as infections. If he was smart he could have gotten some antibiotics and killed it before it happened.

first off he ruined his tat and that sucks.
second he got no arms? WTF
third it looks like he drank a 40 and did his own abcess removal not a single stich in that arm.

for abcess removal the abcess is lanced (opened) and drained and left unstiched to allow the abcess to heal from the inside out and to keep it draining properly.....peace
