the average age to start cycling is 21-25 when your natural hormone production levels start to drop the problem with taking them when your younger is that they could stop your natural production all together so I do not recommend taking them before that age. I accidentally take about 600mg of testE, 900mg of EQ weekly, and 60mg of D-Bol everyday.
