Accutane Check..... Canada

I'm running 20 mg accuatne capsule everyday in am while on test sustanon. It's clearing up. I went through the initial break out period everyone experiences and it really is clearing up now only a little over 3 weeks in. My shoulders and back are what made me go on accutane. Pimple popping is always fun though :laugh4:
Side note, accutane gives me some funky dreams. Anyone else experience this?

Isn't it OTC in Canada

accutane? gonna take a wild (though calculated) guess (not even going to look) and say HELL NO. Single Amino acids are not OTC in canada.

its not exactly something that the uninformed should be taking (which is what OTC really means).

though in fairness doctors are pretty much uninformed when it comes to this drug, the fact that they have been so slow to adopt the clinically proven low dose protocols is almost criminal, since most of the dangers of accutane are from high dosing.
Canada has much stricter controls, they just have less criminalization.

No, not OTC. And they are pretty stingy about prescribing it as well.

there has been a bit of a backlash against iso because of the negative effects of high dosing... something that could have been avoided if the medical community had pulled its head out of its ass long enough to realize that such doses were excessive and uneccesary.

fully agee! i think thats why majority stopped prescirbed iso all together. but after studies proved that low doses were JUST as effective & without the side effects, they've begun prescirbing them again, and much more swifter than before.

Major fuckup on their part for not realizing this in the first place. That's why you can't always run what with what a doctor sais. I'd take an idiot's word backed up with studies over a doctor's any day.

uh.... thanks? lol

while also generally dissapointed in the knowledge level of most physicians, some of the best preliminary data is gathered from case studies and practice based programs. eg. doctors that do encounter and denote the outliers or even better physicians that actually follow patients intensively and extensively as well altering admin profiles based on experience and through a more thorough understanding of the drug or drugs in question can be good sources of information. As well as creators of new and better paradigms.

that being said, such are unfortunately few and far between.... much more often than not doctors are either completely uninformed (sadly the most common), focally limited (tunnel vision- supported or not), actuallty believe in the validity of their god complex or blind to new data (fixed theory-- usually old or overly tied to being right... which means that once they decide they are right... its takes an extinction level event to move thier opinion)

I remember taking Accutane a few years ago- 2007 actually. It was HEAVILY regulated- like i had a registration i had to do online. and on the back of every pill slot there was a picture of a pregnant woman with the red circle and slash through it lol-
BUUUT it worked wonders! i was on 60 MG a day at first and then 40- the only thing that really sucked about it was that it made my face really dry- like i had to not only use chapstick but lotion on my face too.
Totaly worth it though- no acne since

Im running 20 mg 3 times a week now. M, W, F I was taking 20 mg everyday for 3 months now not needed. Great stuff though!

good to hear that your research project went as planned... and am of the opinion that lower doses as you mentioned are viable (lower even than the 20mg/day)
