acid lactic and bad recuperation

hey fellas i am involved into a boxing match in few weeks now i might be dieting but since last training two days i sore i do not recuperate and have still a lot of lactic acid in the stomach area

does any body know a good tip or know what i have or what i must do or something ?

i also feel i badly transform nutrients and proteins

How do you know lactic acid is the problem?

What really hurts? The actual stomach? The intestines? Your abdominal muscles?

But I'm guessing a real and qualified physician is what you need to get a real answer and remedy.
 
i say that because it's not like congestion

almost it s like congestions but badly like if i had badly trained the muscle

If you have a build of lactic acid, perhaps you aren't stay well hydrated. Drink more fluids. Water in particular. Or else your threshold is just not as high as you want it.
