acne post cycle!!!!!

hey guys whats with my chest breaking out with about 30 blemishes post cycle? i ran the test about 500mg per week and at the end i ran Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 20mgs of nolva for two weeks and then dropped it down to 10 mgs for one week. i didnt start getting the acne until i was finished with the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG). i have been clean for a week and a half now and the acne is going away.
How can i avoid this next cycle??

Wash your bedsheets once every 2 days.

Maybe start try taking B-5 about 4 weeks prior to stoping your next cycle.

i looked for the B5 today at Target and it was a no go! i guess that i need to go to a health food store for it. and the bed sheet thing kind of makes sense but i change those puppies about every 4 days anyway so im not too sure that would make a difference.

I have found with my experiences that running an anti e such as liquidex or letrozole all the way through my clomid keeps me from breaking out post cycle.
