ACNE - Testosterone & DHT - What can be done about it?

I am currently taking 400mg of test cypionate along with arimidex and hcg.
My arms have a terrible rash that doctors cannot figure out.
This rash only shows up when my test levels are cranked up.
My back also breaks out too. Despite my clean hygiene an attention to diet, I am still breaking out.

I have been reading that the increase in test has an effect on dht which is the root of the acne, but I am unable to find any suggestions on how to treat it short of, staying clean and hydrated.

I get acne too. Sounds like a lot of people do. There are prescription acne medications out there and over-the-counter ones. I don't have any experience with them, but if my acne got bad enough I would probably look into them. Ask the local high school kids what they are using these days.

if your at 400mg a week thats an awful lot for TRT. Thats more of cycle program. I would get your T levels checked because with Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and 400mg a week your levels are probably through the roof.
