Actual slin side effect?

So I've read from quite a few places that one of the possible side effects of someone who is perfectly healthy using slin for muscle gains is that you could end up becomming dependent on using it for the rest of your life. I've never ran across anyone (online or in person) that has had that happen to them though. I'm not doubting that its a possibility but have any of you guys had this issue? Or maybe personally know someone who has? I understand that constant use will definately put you more at risk but what about the people who use it just once or twice a day using the 10iu max rule and only on workout days?

I am personally much more worried about just dieing.

I have heard this but have never come across any one who has. I have also heard that this is BS. I am sure a Vet can shed some light on this.

Well

I know of 2 people who have died from slin use, and so I don't recommend it to anyone that isn't a pro and under the care of a dr, but some will disagree, I say to those who don't listen to make sure they treat it like they have diabetes and use all the equipment normally needed, to keep an eye on your sugar. The truth is yes use ( more like misuse ) can cause you to be dependent on slin, but to be honest I know more that died then became dependent so... My opinion is don't , but if you must read until you know everything, and I would say consult a doctor, but remember that can effect the chances of you getting life insurance ( so thats why I say don't , but it is better to not have life insurance then to be dead). just my 2 cents

x2!!! I was gonna say the same thing.... Don't know anyone who's got hooked on it but I can name a handful of dudes who it's killed! If you're not a pro BB getting paid for the risk & have a doc monitoring you frequently I'd say stick to natty or aas if you will. You can easily make the gains you want with test no need to get fancy & risk your life & or well-being

I agree with you guys 100%. I'm just curious why people talk so much about being dependent on it if nobodys actually had that happen to them. And I believe insulin use is safe...as long as you know WTF you're doing. If it wasn't then all these fat people in the US would be dropping like flies...way more of them use insulin than bodybuilders. I do believe that you need all the testing supplies if you are going to go that route though. That's just being responsible.

Dude from my gym is laid up in icu..pancreatic failure ??...
He s been out cold for 4 days ..and they say it s looking bad. I think he was diabetic AND abused the shit out slin and roids.

I'm sorry to hear that. Thing is we don't know how much he was abusing it (as opposed to using it). There's a huge difference. People who use it constantly or in excessive doses are just asking for problems. I agree that it's not something to fuck around with but I do think there's a safe way. Just like dbol and winny...if you are careful and know what you're doing you can use them wihout any problems...maybe just a temporary rise in liver values. Use it excessively with the attitude that "more is always better" and start using dbol or whinny at really high doses you're bound to have some serious liver issues...some of which could possibly even be fatal. Even Tylenol is like that. Granted slin is much less forgiving...that doesn't mean there is not a safe way to use it.
