adding deca to trt...but how much is a good minimum dose

I'd like to add some deca to my trt. Why? My joints felt less painful on my last blast that included deca. Question is, how much ? I was blasting with 500mg/wk and it really helped these old sore knees.

deca is awesome for joints and so is eq i have heard. im really enjoying the benefit from Npp im reunning right now too. 500 mg of deca ew would work great for sure but you can probably get away with much less like 200 mg-250 mg ew and feel relief maybe less but thats all i can say from my own personal experience

200mg/wk is commonly used for this purpose. You could try getting away with less.

I've been on 200mg/wk for awhile now and simply LOVE it! I tried a few other doses, and felt that this was the perfect balance between therapeutic effects and maintenance.
