Adding healthy calories to diet

Looking for help, tips, suggestions to add about 1000 calories to my diet?

Workcerciser- this will be asked of you time after time. As a newbie to Ology in order to have any of the members assist your properly you will have to provide more information about yourself.

In one of the other Post's you had stated you are 6'3" or something and have lost 72lbs since 10/2011, that you work as a Garbage man and that your job keeps you very active. You went from 292lbs to 221lbs and that your goal was to get down to 199lbs... is this still your goal or is it changing?

What is the reason you would like to add 1000 extra healthy calories daily to your diet? What will your total Daily Macros (Calories, Proteins, Carbs, Fats) look like by adding 1000 calories?

In all honesty Good Clean WHOLE FOODS is the way to go... but you also have to let us know WHAT are your Goals? Are you Cutting/Bulking, looking to build lean muscle mass, lose more weight, etc...?

We cannot assist without having more information to work off of...

1 tbsp shots of extra virgin olive oil is 125 calories per. I take 2-3 a day mixed with my shakes along with natural peanut butter. Add a 1/2 cup of oats to that and your looking at 746 calories mixed with 1 cup of 2% milk.
