Competed in powerlifting for several years, but have had to take the last couple off due to work/life requirements. Got back to full speed now for a while and looking forward to competing once again. I was training for a strongman comp but had to pull out due to an injury during training. Just setting up my plan of attack right now.

I've been training for 11+ years now. I'm 26 years old.
