Advice for 1st cycle

Hi im chris and this is my first post after subscribing to this site and reading some very interesting posts from others over the last few months on here.
My question is: How can i go from 175lb to over 200 lbs and what suppliment/cycle would be best for me? ive tryed to gain lbs but my weight will never go past 180 its always between 170 - 178 and im 6.2 so my goal eventually is to hit 200.
it doesnt help because i have a very physical job so what ever i eat is always burnt off fast within a few days so maintaining weight just doesnt seem possible :mad::mad::chomp:
 
I was the same way for a while, bottom line is you have to eat more!! You have to stuff your face every 2:5-3 hours with quality foods. To me diet is way way more work than lifting, im in the kitchen all day my lunches I make for work are huge but stick to that and you will gain its pure science eat more than you burn and you will gain, I work construction so I figure that into my diet as well. If your not used to eating like that gear definitely wont help you because while on that you need even more calories to keep up with all the growth.
 
Post your diet.

But it boils down to more calories.
~40g of protein at each meal.
Some carbohydrate around your workout.
And healthy fats at other parts throughout the day.
 
choose calorie dense foods like peanut butter, pasta, and so on.....drink reg gatorade in between meals even....anything to get the cals in you

no cycle will replace food, food is the king of anabolics
 
Sound Like a Hard gainer, Your gonna have to work twice as hard as most & eat twice as much. 6' 2" 178lbs. Post your diet so we can see.
 
Yes your diet does need to up here for us to help but also I would bet that you are doing way too much in your workouts. So post up your workout too. Most all guyz that are hard gainers waaaaaayy overdo it in the gym. You guyz all need to think less is more. In your case it really is.
