Hi im chris and this is my first post after subscribing to this site and reading some very interesting posts from others over the last few months on here.
My question is: How can i go from 175lb to over 200 lbs and what suppliment/cycle would be best for me? ive tryed to gain lbs but my weight will never go past 180 its always between 170 - 178 and im 6.2 so my goal eventually is to hit 200.
it doesnt help because i have a very physical job so what ever i eat is always burnt off fast within a few days so maintaining weight just doesnt seem possible
