Advice for prop/eq/tbol 2nd cycle

Hi just wanted to check that this was ok and wasn't too much for a second cycle.

Stats:
79 kg
Bf 11%
23years old
5'10

Weeks 1-12 test prop 150mg eod
Weeks 1-10 eq 125mg eod
Weeks 1-6 tbol 50 mg ed

Pct:
Hcg
Nolva
Clomid

Diet
350g protein
320/400g carbs cycled

Training
5x per week weights plus 30mins walking cardio

Any comments/advice would be appreciated

Prob ok but I would run the eq higher and longer between 500-600/week for 13 or so weeks. It's gains will be slow but steady. Also, no need to pin it eod since its a longer ester but I guess since you'll be pinning eod anyway it really doesn't matter. I'm about 10 years older than you and when I ran eq it raised my hemocrit substantially. I donated blood mid cycle and after and finally got the levels down. Monitor that hemocrit and you should be fine. Good luck.
 
what was your first cycle and what were your gains? i don't mean to be trying to rain on your parade but you're 5 foot 10 and you don't even weigh 180 yet. you're 23 brah, why the rush on the roids? what are your goals with this cycle and beyond? i guarantee you the right food and workout program will get you there better than roids at this point homie.

My first cycle was a weird one. I took the advice of a bodybuilder I know who competes. He put me on sus and deca for 4 weeks, test prop for 4 weeks and tren/mast/var and some test sus for 8 weeks. Bulked up to 89kg for the first 8 weeks then cut to 78kg. Was extremely lean. The doses were extremely low too was on 250 sus/250 deca for the first 4 weeks. I can't find anyone else that's done a cycle like this though which is why I wanted to do one which alot of people seem to do. My diet atm is :

Meal 1: turkey breast, oats, bagel

Meal 2: white fish and mackerel, rice, salad

Meal 3: lean steak mince, pasta, salad

Meal 4: chicken and veg

Meal 5: lean steak mince, pasta, salad

Meal 6 chicken and veg

Pre gym: fruit and coffee

Post gym: 2 scoops whey isolate, 100g oats, 2 rice cakes, grapes


Hoping to put on some mass with this cycle and keep it without too much fat
 
No I haven't had any blood work done. Was going by the length of cycle + pct rule of thumb

Man not what you want to hear...but unless you plan on competing you should hold off on another cycle...train natural for a few years. You could ruin a lot of potential at only 79kg and 23yo.

Your first cycle was pretty advanced also, if you insist on running this second cycle you def need to get bloodwork to see where you stand on levels.
 
Ok thanks for the advice ill get bloodwork done, I would like to compete but I've got a very long way to go.
