Crumbles

Shut up and Train!
Hey new here and need some advice on getting my diet just right while doing an AAS cycle. Done one before had pleanty of advice on workouts, but feel my diet could have been better and got better results. Been doing TONS of research just need some tips as I have some tougher circumstances to deal with as I am currently in Afghanistan. Can order shelf stable stuff but try to stay away from the processed stuff so makes life hard here. Just want to make sure I am doing what I need so I don't flush the money I am spending down the toilet... I feel like I know what I am doing just want some advice from some more seasoned veterans :)

My goal is to simulatiniously put on some more muscle while cutting my BF% down as much as I can.
