Hey guys (and a few gals), brand new to the forum and looking forward to gaining valuable knowledge from the pros on here and, in turn, providing feedback of my own.
39 yrs old, 5'9, 175,~10% body fat...
I'm into my 6th week of test enath 250. I made a conscious decision to begin taking test because of 2 main reasons. First, at my age, I know my levels are low and I want to boost them. Secondly, even though I'm in good shape and work out religiously, my energy level was down and has continually dropped each year, most likely associated with low test.
Here's what I've done so far. First 5 weeks: 375 mg/week, 6th week: 500mg. I don't have a plan going forward. With so many different suggestions, I'm lost. Some say stay at 500mg for 10 more weeks and stop. One person said, given my age, to maintain a low dose continually. Really? Is this safe and effective even though I'm taking an over-the-counter estrogen blocker and liver protector?
