Advice needed on Female Anavar Cycle

I am 29 years old 5'2 128lbs, my biggest issue is my flabby belly (due to pregnancy 4 & 7 yrs ago). I would really like to see hard tight abs. I went on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet for 23 days and managed to lose 25lbs but I'm still not happy with my body...I'd like to build muscle and look more tight and muscular. I actively go to the gym 5x's a week for at least 1.5 hours a day and use treadmill, elliptical, cycle bike, ab machines, free weights, machine weights etc but i still don't see a big difference. I've taken sugars and starches out of my diet, eat raw veggies, chicken breast, steak and fish mostly, use mrm protein shakes, drink at least 1/2 gallon of water per day. I have been thinking of trying a cycle of Anavar to see if maybe that could help me tone up a bit. I have 30 10mg tabs made by British Dragon that I have yet to use.

May I ask your advice/recommendations on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.

A flabby belly, very common after pregnancies. The ab muscles could be a challange after pregnancy, there are a few excercises that we'll help u.

Like: Ab Reverse Crunches
Upper Ab Crunches
Cross-Knee Crunches
V ups, leg raises.

3 – 5 days of Cardio, minimum of 30-45 minutes per session. This will provide you a great fat burning effect.

You can achieve results naturally, but if you have decided to start anavar & have your diet, training in check.

average cycles for women are :

5-15 mgs a day (I recommend u start with 5) Start low.
Cycle for 6-8 weeks, & see how it goes for u.

Hi there,

One thing I'd add is without ever seeing you train we have no idea about how you train and the intensity with which you train.

Also, with the diet you could be eating all the right foods and cutting out this or that food group, but if you don't eat the right amount of calories you won't achieve your goal.

Maybe make a more detailed post about your food intake and training routine. I'm sure people here can suggest appropriate changes and that can further aid your cycle.
