I am 29 years old 5'2 128lbs, my biggest issue is my flabby belly (due to pregnancy 4 & 7 yrs ago). I would really like to see hard tight abs. I went on the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) diet for 23 days and managed to lose 25lbs but I'm still not happy with my body...I'd like to build muscle and look more tight and muscular. I actively go to the gym 5x's a week for at least 1.5 hours a day and use treadmill, elliptical, cycle bike, ab machines, free weights, machine weights etc but i still don't see a big difference. I've taken sugars and starches out of my diet, eat raw veggies, chicken breast, steak and fish mostly, use mrm protein shakes, drink at least 1/2 gallon of water per day. I have been thinking of trying a cycle of Anavar to see if maybe that could help me tone up a bit. I have 30 10mg tabs made by British Dragon that I have yet to use.
May I ask your advice/recommendations on this? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
