I see a kid every day at my gym who went through the same surgery 2 years later hes more ripped and filled out better than half the guys there. how long ago was your surgery? proper Diet and training will get you far. it just takes time, everyone wants instant results and it just doesn't happen that way unfortunately.

You sound to be about 17-18... there is no way you have done your research and there is no fucking way you are old enough to cycle with responses like that. first main nsurgrey was march 2012 and I did a revision for chest and some lipo this april..... but u can see that patch on top is loose again! my diet is closely watched and macroed to the dot. right now doing 300 pro/200car/55 fat no more cardio..... what u guys think...... im doing a good weighting lifting plan as well.... but I feel it will never tighten the skin to show the abs if they are underneath? should I countine cardio... I stopped because my skin was getting loosely again......
 
Lipo is pretty cool because you actually remove the fat cells. When you diet, the cells only release the fatty acids, but they only shrink. They never go away. As for your loose skin, that is the price you pay for taking a shortcut. The best person to answer your question is a good doctor, maybe a dermatologist. We really can't tell, only speculate and theorize.
 
Hey last Tuesday I shot 600mgs of cyp and 400 deca, sterilized the injection site, used brand new sterile pin, etc....well Thursday I woke up and my left quad hurt but I thought it was just pip but later on in the day I noticed it swollen up a bit and was a little red and warm when you touch it. It's also very sensitive when I flex my quad. My question to you guys is what do you think this could be? I used 22g 3/4 pin and aspirated and got air bubbles. Do you think I hit a capillary and the blood stayed under the skin instead of spurting out? Need your guys' input. Thanks.

Well pal I'm in my 20's so you can piss off. This is my third cycle I'm sitting at 212lbs with about 9% bf. If you would get your head out of your ass and quit assuming shit you might learn a thing or two. Now going by your language and intelligence I'm going to say your a fat fuck who juices and eats like shit and needs some 1.5 inch pins to get deep in the muscle tissue. I know way more about aas than you do buddy. Been researching this shit since I was 17. And I suggest you take some nolva cuz your estrogen is through the roof because you're acting like a little bitch.

what should I do in general then.... stay at 2400 carories cardio less or up to 3900 like most people are telling me....problem is I know I will get fat faced and BF% will rise if I do 3900 clean or dirty regardless ill gain fat I know myself....
 
Do you want to lose more fat first or gain muscle? You should pick one first, then we can help you. Be specific with your goals.

Almost always my friend. You gotta pick and choose your battle. If you feel like you will be too skinny if you cut down, you can bulk up for more muscle. You will gain fat, i feel like you are scared of some fat gain especially after having it sucked out. It's one of the prices of hypertrophy. I'll give you a tip, if you want to bulk and not get fat. You should stay within a certain body fat percentage range. Say i'm 10% BF and i want to bulk and get swol. I will limit myself to 15% max to bulk to. Once i hit that number i will cut back or start cutting back down to 10%. This time, once i get back to 10%, i will be much more muscular. Rinse and repeat.

basically bulk for 90 days..... cut back down.... repeat.... yea im scared to gain fat due to maybe ill get more loose once losing the bulk? maybe gyno aka man boobs again that I removed... face being fat..... etc..... im 23 6'2 male doing 4 dayspilt weights..... I wonder what u guys think? 300 carb/300 pro/65 fat?
 
Get your testosterone levels checked. See if you have Low T.

He just lost 120lbs, no test is going to be accurate at this point anyway. Better to get tested after going back to maintenance for a while.

I would advise against bulking for only 90 days at a time as it takes time to "switch gears." You're just killing momentum right when it starts getting good. I would stick to 5-12 months at a time depending on your priorities.
If you're worried about getting too fat again then cut down to about 10% first before going on a gaining phase. You've made good progress but still not lean enough for abs.

I don't know how much I am as of now... but I stopped cardio 6 days and upped to 2500 which I have been on last 4 months with 1-2 hitt sessions a week no other cardio and 4 day spilt.... should I cut but I will look skinnyish and I feel ill never get abs due to skin on top still being little loose.... what should I do?

Loose skin is not always from taking a "short cut".

I lost 110 lbs and have a little amout of loose skin on my sides.. I took no short cuts.

If you lose a lot of weight its bound to happen.

I like 4 day splits. You're young man, whatever you do there is so much time ahead of you. Try it all. Do what you like. You can get a little fat after a bulk, it's only temporary. Like i said, if you feel like you will get too fat from a bulk, keep cutting down. Then repeat and bulk. Nobody built their dream body with just one bulk and cut. It takes multiple cycles(of bulking/cutting :) )
 
might not be a popular response , don't usually advocate using gear at 22 but it actually might be of help. with 3 years of training and proper diet perhaps it would be helpful. like mentioned above. get blood work done and read the stickies . basic 500mg test/wk with AI and proper pct.
