A little bit about myself. I've been working out for about 5 years now including
college sports but nothing like what I want to get into.
Age: 24,Height: 5'10,Weight: 148
Bf: Not sure, not much...
I've always had problems gaining weight but that's no excuse. I know what I need
as far as calorie intake and all that kind of stuff while on the gear and also off of it.
This will be 3rd cycle i will appreciate if you suggest me my 3rd cycle
first cycle
deca and testoviron depot two shots monday and thursday
week1 and week2: 200mg deca 400mg testoviron depot
week3 and week4 :400mg deca 600mg testoviron depot
week5 200mg deca 400mg testoviron depot
week6 100mg deca 200mg testoviron depot
before cycle weight was 143,after cycle weight was 156 gained 13lbs
pct started after 2 weeks with clomid and nolva for 3 weeks.
everything was fine cycle was fine results.
2nd started after one year this cycle was very disappointing.
two shots monday and thursday
500mg sust only
week1 n week2 500mg sust
sust hurts really bad i was'nt able to concentrate on cycle
and changed the compound to testoviron depot
week3 week6 500mg testoviron depot
pct after 2 weeks with clomid for two weeks
gains was very low its around 6-8pounds no proper diet and
stuff
i know i messed this cycle gone is gone i want to start a new cycle for straight 10-12 weeks
which ever is good for me need some useful advice and suggestion for compounds to include
i want to grow big with low body fat. iam and ectomorph just for your info. please also suggest me
names of supplement i may need to include also include compounds for pct. early reply will be
appreciated. waiting for your valuable advice
