advice on how to run an appropriate PCT

hello there, i have got under a day left of my cycle and i've already purchased ELITE TAMOXI 20 (tamoxifen Citrate 20mg/tablets)
I am curious as to what would be the best dosages to take and how i would go about doing so e.g. do i take one in the morning and one at night ect, all help is appreciated!
