You have to do some cardio. Say 45 min a day 5-6 days a wk. That and diet are the key to getting cut. Watch your GI and simple carbs, sodium, and fats. Do you know your bf%?

If you run test and keep your calories down, you'll cut up. Cutting up is about diet and cardio first and foremost.

Sometimes I train everything in 3 hour long sessions, and I rarely lift more than 4 times per week. I do spend a lot of time doing cardio and that takes some time, but you can accomplish a lot if you really go at it intensely.

I don't recommend winstrol at all because it wrecks my blood lipid profiles and makes me more injury prone. If you must do it, stack it with some test.

Steroids can help you get cut mostly by preserving your muscle mass while you use diet and cardio to shed fat, but they don't exactly make you cut per se.
