After 1.5 month being on TRT- Results not good!!

Hey Ology family, I need your help to figure out what's going. my test levels were 379 (300-1179) and my doctor advise me to get on TRT. So after one month and half being on the TRT my bloodwork isn't looking too good and the doctor was injecting 200mg every week of Test C.

and now my test levels are 265 (range 300-1179)- I don't feel any different or feel anything at all
my Liver Enzyme- ALT- 90 (range 0-45)
AST(SGOT)- 90 (range 0-40)

So today my doctor did ultrasound to find out what's going and he said I will get the ultrasound results some next week.

So can anybody explain to me, what's going on? why did my test level went down instead of going up ?

Just in case - My stats- 28 yr old- 6ft- 210lb and probably 18% bf. I've been working out for past 8 years.

That is EXTREMELY odd!! So much so, that I wonder if he's even injecting testosterone into you???

never heard of this before...
2 weeks into TRT at 160 mg/7days had my TT at 1100 ng/dl 48 hours after shot...
how did this happen?

Definitely odd!
Get full labs done and verification of the medication from your doctor what brand it is or what compounding pharmacy they use.

Your size is average....

Yeah that's what I was thinking too, It's very odd, I mean I have seen the bottle and all It said was testosterone cypionate 200mg, I didn't notice the brand name or anything. But if it wasn't real Test C..then why else would my Liver Enzyme go up ?

He said I need 200mg because of my test level were very low ( 379) ..which now is 265

Yeah like stated, that is definitely odd being that he shot you at 200mg per week. The test might be dosed at 200mg per ml and perhaps your doctor is only shooting you with a 1/4 ml or something. When did you inject and then when was your blood draw?? Post up your numbers like Daniel asked. That is extremely odd.

last injection was injected on 1/3/2014 and blood was drawn right after the injection.

I question the authenticity of what you are being injected with!! Where are you? That's like saying I did 2 lines of cocaine and I don't feel anything.............if you are being injected with testosterone your testosterone goes up PERIOD!
