After 6 months Off & gyno

There is 6 months i m OFF gears, i train hard and i began a clenbuterol cycle last week, i m anxious about my left chest because yesterday when i was doing my work out (footing 2x30min beetwen 4x40pushups, sets of 50abs, 3x60 situps) my left and right nipples were itchy, so i wonder wath the hell is happening?
And now my left nipples hurts.

I will go for a blood test next month and in the meanwhile i would like to know if taking nolvadex for three weeks and + arimidex would help.
Just to be safe and raising testosterone?

I wouldnt take nolva or an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before doing the blood test, it will false the results
