After gyno surgery

Anyone on here have it done? Did they remove the gland? Do you still use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) or SERM? Has it ever come back?

My plastic surgeon tells me he removed the entire gland and that it won't grow back. I haven't used an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) until last night; I have something under the nipple; surgeon says he thinks it is swelling still, but I thought I would see if an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) made any difference; I doubt it will. But except for this little test I don't intend to use an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) unless I need to due to blood pressure and that only seems to be an issue at very high doses.

Post-cycle I will use a SERM.

I've never needed gyno surgery nor had gyno but I still take an Aromatase inhibitor (AI). I would think you would still want an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) for the other benefits, excess estro bloat, water, etc..
