Well that is a bummer. Looks like they were hit for having people come in every time for a shot. Pretty common practice for a lot of TRT places.

I am guessing it is now time for me to find a new clinic. Can anyone make any recommendations for a TRT clinic? Preferably midtown Manhattan, and in the 50's would be outstanding.

They were scamming Medicare and Tricare by making people come in for a visit every time they need a shot and then billing the government for it. This isn't a bummer for you, this is a boon. Now they will have to let you self inject, or keep giving the injections for free. Guess which one they will pick.

Also, who ever blew the whistle on them is going to get a nice payday.

Mega more of a bummer because of having to go through the process over again. You know how it is. As for coming in I was able to hound them until I didn't have to.
I will also check out the IMT guys. I am a bit gun shy about over the Internet TRT after the issues many of us had with a nameless person a few years ago. (Don't ask me about it, if you know, you know)

I have seen a few other General Practitioners who would closeup shop after a judgement. Then usually open again somewhere else with a new name a few months later. I am not a business guy, maybe it is an insurance premium thing.
