I've read the stickies n doesn't really give me the info I need so I'm on the 7th week of my 10 week cycle of tnt 400 all good so far but need to start thinking about pct was thinking nolvadex so here's my questions do I start taking it during or post cycle and how many mg do I take per week or per day thanks in advance

Hi mike I'm into my 8th week of a 10 week cycle gonna start taking nolvadex soon I've read the stickies but hasn't got the info I'm looking for, should I take the nolvadex during my cycle or after also how many mg should I take and how often, thanks in advance
