Can't imagine why you would want to? I like the fact that I can put it under my tongue to get it into my system faster, ( ..although doing that with the SS product is only for the brave or taste bud dead).

You but the osta under your tongue? For how long...30 seconds? cause that's the average time I think people do it for.
