Am I doing something wrong - No pain, no gain?

I really need to get some advice on this, guys.
All the years I been hitting the gym, I always been told that "if you don't have pain in your muscle-group from the day before, then you didnt workout properly".
So, basically, if u had a leg-day on Monday, you should feel pain/burning sensation in your legs on Tuesday.

But my "problem" is that I never/rarely get that.
Don't get me wrong, during my workouts I am going all in. I can feel the pain and how my skin is tearing apart from the inside.
If I had an arm-day, I can barely use my arms afterwards.
If I had a leg-day, I can barely walk afterwards.

But next morning, I am up and going. No pain or fatigue in my arms/legs/backs/etc etc. And I am getting results, so I must be doing something right. But constantly I am surrounded by people who are moaning "ahh my ass... my arm... my legs.... I went to the gym 2days ago and I still have a pain in my ass/leg/arms/etc".

Am I doing something wrong, since I am not getting that "24hour post-receipt on a good workout"?

Training age and supplementation will also be a factor. Someone who has been training for years is going to have far less DOMS than someone who has been trying for a couple of months. Not to mention good supplementation can greatly reduce recovery times and muscle soreness.

Have you gained muscle? Have you gained strength? That's how you should judge your success, not by how you feel the day after

That happens to me once in awhile. A while back I lifted very heavy with low rep for like two years, I was always lifting to failure. There were many times I never got sore. Your body gets used to your routines then your wasteing your time. You need to 100% change what you doing for about a mounth and then hit what your doing now.

In oder to keep your muscle growing and guessing you need to Shock the hell out of them. If your doing really heavy, read up on some German Volume Training you'll be so sore you won't ever want to lift again. but keep with it, Just remember "The Pain from being sore while hurts less then the pain of being a pussy".
