Hey yo peeps,
This is my diet so far. Im 198lbs bodyfat is around 20% and my goal is to build LBM and hopefully in the process lose some bodyfat. Please critique my diet, any advice would be appreciated.
Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast with three eggs.
Snack - Protein Shake and handful of Almonds.
Lunch - Pre workout - 1 wholemeal oat bagel with 1 whole tin of tuna, lowfat mayonaise and salad. Creatine.
Post workout - Protein shake and creatine.
Dinner - Chicken breast, brown rice with mushrooms, red peppers, chilli and half a can of tomatoes.
Snack (before bed) - Protein shake.
