Am I eating enough?

Hey yo peeps,

This is my diet so far. Im 198lbs bodyfat is around 20% and my goal is to build LBM and hopefully in the process lose some bodyfat. Please critique my diet, any advice would be appreciated.

Breakfast - 2 wholemeal toast with three eggs.

Snack - Protein Shake and handful of Almonds.


Lunch - Pre workout - 1 wholemeal oat bagel with 1 whole tin of tuna, lowfat mayonaise and salad. Creatine.

Post workout - Protein shake and creatine.

Dinner - Chicken breast, brown rice with mushrooms, red peppers, chilli and half a can of tomatoes.

Snack (before bed) - Protein shake.
 
Im fairly new to all of this, but from a quick glance it looks like you have a few too many shakes in there. From what I've gained, proper food is always better than a shake.

no disrespect bro but this diet looks like its made for a female...

your probably eating under 2000 calories...

have you ever thought about becoming a client of mine??

if not go to my free diet advice thread and read everything in post 1...then post up a revised diet for critique.. follow all directions!!!

Ouch! Lol.

I have thought about becoming a client, but im a little strapped for cash at the moment.

So even if my goal is to lose bodyfat, this diet is no good?

You take very healthy diet, I also select many food items from your diet plan..! Thank you for sharing..!!!

This^^^ 3J is the man.

I personally believe counting calories is one of the biggest factors when dieting up or down. If you don't know what your intaking then how will you know when you need to eat more or less?
