Am I over training or am I just healin up good??

I lift 5 days a week one muscle isolated as much as possible. 5 execises 4 sets. 20 sets per muscle. Abs on day 6. Cardio 5-6 days a week. One day I do nothing. My muscles r healing up fast I believe due to gear and diet. Shoul I cut baçk?

If you're still progressing and you don't feel pain during exercise, you're doing just fine. I also train 5 days a week, but try to leave weekends for family stuff. Gear and diet definitely do make a difference, that's for sure. ;)
