Amino Acids Dosage - Feedback/Help?

Hey everyone,
I'm currently 185lbs and I mix my amino acids into my protein shake that I take 1 1/2 hour prior to training.

I'm currently using the amounts below:

BCAA - 14g
Glutamine - 14g
Argining - 8g
Beta Alanine - 3g

Any feedback on those quantities?

Out if those four IMO the glutamine and BCAAs are the only ones if any use. I took Arg and Beta for a long time and it doesnt do much if anything. Glutamine id take 5g 4x day, and BCAAs id take 5-10g 4x day with meals OR if you are going to not be able to eat for more than 3 hrs. A lot of people dont like BCAAs but they are essential in my book to due the fact they contain leucine. We need leucine to build muscle, and a little extra from the BCAAs is always good because we might not be getting enough from the food we eat.
