Anadrol-50mg or 100mg ED?

yea i dont actually use the box-never have-but my quads are always horizontal with the floor at the bottom of my squat.

question though-i notice on the video that he actually sits completely down-taking weight off legs-is this the idea behind it? or is it just to make sure you go all the way down?
 
I love legs too...

When you do legs in my experiance there are only 3 ways to ensure you go down "all the way".

-Box squats
-Tap the safety catch bars of the cage when come down
-or spotter taps you or tells ya when you have.

especially when you go heavy...

I love box squats... Toilet bowl height....

I believe thats the idea behind it incororating fast twitch fibers trying to stand from a idled/stopped position
 
my spotter usually keeps an eye on me-we are always competing-not with each other-but against ourselves and pushing one another to push past current plateus. it awesome to have a guy to workout with that know you so well he knows all your max-and your form-so he can critique as you go.

i will try box squats-just to see if i like-but i cant tap the safety bars-im too tall for the rack i use.
 
i have access to one of those-but i just dont like being in between the four poles.....maybe its mental but i like being in open. i use the one with the pins-that angle forward. the safety bars are attached to the small rack in front of it.once i tak the weight off there is nothing in my way above the knees.
 
it is its shitty

i dont belong to real gym-i go to one that has sitter for the kids-you cant even use powder-it hurts my deads sometimes-especially when i was on the NPP and sweating like a pig
 
the strongest guy there is really cool-he is always being the "gym" and helping me and my buddy out-i think its cause were are some of the few that arent nancies.

that fucker says he has never done sauce-and you would never know he is the strongest guy-but i have seen him squat 7 plates and that fucker goes really low-past the 90 degree.

he takes halo and shit for like 8 months at a time-i tried explaining to him that that is not ok-and he mine as well do AAS if he is gonna do that-but he wont listen to me cause he benches what i squat
 
LOL... I dont really go to a "real" gym either. I usually go to the YMCA. They babysit the kids there too.

They've got that hand cleaner gel that dries out your hands... I use that if my hands get slick...LOL
 
and just to keep this thread real-i didnt want to say cause i would have heard a bunch of "dont do its" but for the last 8-10 days ive been running 150mg-and it wasnt til then that i started getting those wicked pumps consistently. and yes my sides went up a li-nothing dramatic-but noticeable-but if you have been following the thread-the gains went up a lil too

and no i wont go any higher and i am almost done

i should have listened to scarz and got some st. johns wort when i went that high-i wont run it again that high unless i do

i dont think i am-but wouldnt know without bloodtests

i just never got that pump like i did with dbol til i went to 150mg-i dont know if its underdosed-or if scarz is right and dbol is really the strongest oral-but that guys just run insane amounts of drol.

the drol im on is new and supposed to be really good-but in all honesty my buddy got some shit a bit back and our local guy said it was the best stuff around-i think it had russian writing on it or something.......he had great gains at 100mg-i mean realyl great-i wish i could remember the name-it was a brand i have never heard of-and was expensive as hell-i will try to find out what it was
 
If you have good anadrol and be patient until it kicks in you only need 50mgs to have great results. 100mgs + is just going to add to the sides. 50mgs of drol is not a waste and you wouldn't know because you didn't give it time to kick in. This is not a sprint it is a marathon. BE SMART
