When you finish your cycle do this for post cycle therapy (pct).
Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
each / separates weeks, number represents milligram of nolva and clomid you should be taking daily.
Clomid is more important than nolva. You can click on the red banner with lion logo above your original post to get liquid oral Clomid. You said that you have nolva, if you're not sure of your source, get nolva there as well. You need legit post cycle therapy (pct) drugs.

But I have tried getting the clomid u told me to get as well as the nolvadex I already have. The guy I can stuff off told me he didn't have any left but had Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) instead. And he also had some post cycle therapy (pct) mix tablets but fuck knows whats in them.
Should I try and get some clomid from somewhere else of would the nolvadex and Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) do the trick.
