best lifts at 198: squat 660 bench 415 deadlift 610
Ok Ive been running anavar alone for 3 weeks now at 40mg a day split twice a day. one in the am another 12 hours later.
1st week:
Saw nothing. wasnt really expecting to.
2nd week:
started to see strength gains. bench went up around 20 pounds. shoulder press was up around 10 to 15 pounds.
3rd week:
strength is still increasing. bench is up around 40 pounds from where i started everything is going up and starting to see some fat loss.
all in all its a good starter. im going to run another 4 weeks. as for sides ive seen litte acne. the fat loss is minimal same with size gains. im not looking for size gains really tho becuase i compete so im merely just looking for strength. i havnt experienced any painful pumps or anything like that. the pumps are great but nothing you cant live with. if you have any other questions fill free to ask!!!
