Anavar or proviron for my goals?

Hi everyone! My first post!

I'm 38 years old, 5'8", about 145lbs, bodyfat in the high twenties. I've been training for several years. Currently, I train 5 days a week with my boyfriend. I used to do mostly cardio and a bit of weights at the end but now I started doing mostly weights with very little rest in between sets to get the best of both worlds. Diet wise, I usually keep my calories around 1400-1800 a day.

I don't want to bulk up much as I already have a wide frame (I'm naturally built very solid, especially my legs). I'm looking to take something to harden me up, make me look much more toned like a figure model (think Jamie Eason, Tosca Reno, etc) and lose some body fat.

My original thought was Anavar, figure 10mg a day for 8-12 weeks (I can always drop it down to 5mg if I start getting sides).

I'm not sure if Nolva would fall into play here. I definitely tend to put fat on my ass and thighs (don't we all??) so I'm wondering if Nolva would reduce estrogen to help free up some of that fat? Let me know what you think here, ladies.

I also read up about Proviron as being a very powerful hardener. Some use it at 12.5mg-25mg a day though others say it's to be avoided as it's just too much androgen for females.

What would be the best option for me in your opinion?

If you're bodyfat is in the high 20's you need to lose some fat naturally first before either will be of any benefit to you. Your calories look low for your weight....it sounds like your body is trying to hold onto fat.

Exactly... I'm thinking estrogen related issues which is why I considered var and nolva, etc.

I want to stay away from stuff like clen and eca as I don't do very well with stims...

I've been training since my early twenties. With every passing year I become more and more passionate about it. At 38, it's becoming very difficult for me to keep the fat off even by doing cardio and eating 1200 cals a day. I wouldn't be here if it was working.

Can you just answer my initial question please?

At 1200 cal's your body is in starvation mode. Your probably extremely catabolic.

I tend to stay anywhere from 1400-1800 a day to try to stay lean. I've gone down to 1200 and it didn't make much difference.

I was wondering if someone could give me a specific answer for my specific question?

I doubt you will get a specific answer to your specific question from an educated member.

You already shot down advice from Miss Muscle which shows a disinclination towards advice you just want us to tell you which one is right when both are wrong for your situation. However, I could be wrong. Personally I suggest a diet change but, you have already expressed disinterest in my comments so I will let others chime if they are so inclined.

You only want to hear what you want.....not what could actually help you. There is a reason people aren't answering your question.....you are not ready for AAS.

This X 2500. If you can't get out of your high 20's in bodyfat something is wrong with your diet and training. Any potent fat burner or AAS use is not going to help you....diet and training is.

Post your diet specifically and we'll help you from there.

Guys, I never attacked anyone. I just wanted to know which of the compounds would have provided the effect I was looking for. I, coincidentally, just got back from the gym and had my bodyfat measured. I'm at 24% (I thought it was higher than that). My diet is as clean as can be with plenty of protein and low in fats.

If nobody wants to answer my question, that's cool.

I have had great success in getting two past girlfriends from average looking women to figure competitors, you diet needs changed first. Don't worry about the fats, worry about carbs. Go on a keto diet and make sure to get a hour of card in upon waking. You don't need aaa right now. Clen and t3 also works wonders for women. If you need some unbiased help and are willing to listen to advice pm me

After you have had bloodwork done, keto can be a possibility.

Try an otc supplement like Need2slin and Forged Burner before trying clen or t3 or any AAS

Ok so I am very new to steroids and just finished a cycle of Winstrol (winny). I was doing injections twice a week, at 20mg/wk I believe. My boyfriend knows a lot more then me, and was the one doing it all for me. I am wanting more research when it comes to using anavar though. I broke out way too much and starting loosing more hair towards the end of my cycle on Winstrol (winny), so I was told to go to Anavar (var). I am thinking of combining Anavar (var) 20mg/wk with accutane to control the breakouts. Does anyone have any advice for the best way about doing all this? I plan on taking b5 and milk thistle along side the Anavar (var) and accutane. I am very sensitive to all those pills/injections so I think it's best to start out slower?
