My Thanks and Respect to Supergirl for her great posts and wisdom! Lots of good advice given!

I officially joined the boards today after lurking for a while. I've been educating myself on anavar. My man is on his 8th cycle (Test, Masterone, EQ, Deca, Whinny, at one time or another) and he wants me to try anavar. I am at 5'5" and a good toned 135lbs (size 4). I have a girlfriend who recently started anavar (8 weeks ago) and is having AWESOME results.

I have decided to start anavar. I have never used anything. I have been lifting heavy for almost 2 years and would like to shed that last layer of fat so you can see more of my hard-earned muscle (lol, don't we all want that). I have no plans of competing. Just want to feel good about my curves.

After ragging on my man for 3 years of his using, here I am about to put my foot in my mouth. As least, maybe for once maybe I can keep up with him behind closed doors.

Wish me luck. I'll update my progress.

I would stay on 5 mg for 8-12 weeks every day.....do 2.5 at night and 2.5 in morning if possible. If you don't get results than go up to 7.5. Don't go up unless you have to.

Just monitor yourself and side effects closely. If all is good than have a great cycle!

Hey Bizzy.. Thank you for the very nice shout out :)

Secondly, WELCOME TO OLOGY!! Always great to have another woman on board here! I do hope you continue to post and contribute, so that other women like yourself can benefit from your knowledge and experience as well.

Lastly, I wish you the best of luck with your first cycle. You seem to have a good head on your shoulders; you have done the research, have some idea what to expect and hopefully will listen closely to your body. I do hope you achieve the results you are looking for.

Stay Strong,
Supes

Sounds like your getting great results, especially those rippled abs!!! How has your diet been? Have you noticed any bloating in the face?

Good progress updates. Don't be a slave to the scale! The mirror is a much better indicator of progress for someone in your situation - but limit detailed self analysis to once a week to accurately gauge progress.

what's your diet/training look like?
