Been a while since I've commented on here, been on a personal life roller coaster but this was too good of an example to not post and share with the board.

Went in for my annual physical and doc ran my T numbers since i consulted him about it - and again confirmed using my doc was a terrible idea after all the time i spend on this board. My test was at ~1100 exactly 2 days after my shot, doc freaked out when i told him it was probably on the high side since i just did my shot and my regular bloodwork averaged around 900's. He (A - couldn't understand why it was that high that it should be around the 400's at my age (37) (B - FREAKED out when he heard i was taking 2 shots weekly said once every 2 weeks was standard C) - when asked why he didn't run my Estrogen numbers he said because Estrogen has no bearing on TRT as it's a female hormone...sigh

Big thanks to 'ology members for all the schooling and info over the years. I've been on for a while now - going on 2 years, totally dialed in and have NEVER felt better! Take this as an example where sometimes it's better to take matters into your own hands - and lean on real experts for advice.

welcome back! your doc is a piece of work to say estrogen has no bearing on TRT as it's a female hormone. good to hear your back on track and feeling good.

Good to vent to those who know man. life's full of 'surprises' but my TRT treatment has been nothing short of fantastic since dialing in over a year ago. Folks always have questions on it on here, and for good reason, figured if i can share my experiences might give some new folks perspective.
