Some of you know me by now. I'm 22 weeks into TRT w/HCG & an AI running a trough around 850 w/E2 around 22.

I'm 38 & have always had a THICK head of hair. Admittedly, 22 weeks ago when I started, I had just began to recognize, for the first time in my life, the slightest of vertex balding. As stated, I am now 22 weeks in, but man... I am now undeniably thinning on top. I had thought about mentioning this here before, but refrained as I assumed, it was self conscious delusion.

Today, I spoke with someone I had not in a long - but not so long - while, and the first thing he said to me was, "Wow, your voice got deeper!" Now I'm thinking to myself, "WTF... I'm going bald & my voice is deeper from 22 weeks of Test.?!"

What do you guys think?

Yeah it comes with the territory. I used to use Just for Men until I heard some hot chick (my wife/milf) say she preferred the salt and pepper look. My point is (sounds like this is a concern for ya) you might be surprised how much some chicks dig gray hair, deep voices, balding(or shaved head), and body hair.

Test will make you more of an alpha male. Embrace the other changes that come with the new confidence, heightened self esteem, and decisiveness that women can't resist.

@BRAD... Thank you for jumping in. I hear ya on chick's tastes. Admittedly, it is just a shock to the ego.

@SHANK... I will end up there, but I still have way too much hair at the moment. Thanks for chiming in.

@KOZMO... I'm a sarcastic fuck so I always love your posts. I read. I'm aware the body reduces T to DHT, and just as aware of how DHT can cause androgenic alopecia as well as its affect on voice. My thread was not started because I didn't understand what is happening; my thread was started to ask what you guys think. Personally, it's a bit of a surprise to see these sides after 22 weeks which made me think about opening a conversation about others' experience.

I've been using a Nizoral shampoo product since starting TRT around 5 months ago. So far so good for me, but I'm also 51 and not prone to baldness. Is it possible that you are prone to baldness , after all, you noticed the thinning right at the start of treatment.

I guess the question for everyone is- do these therapeutic doses of T that we are on cause baldness? Or is it just an issue for those on heavy cycles?

So it is your genetics you just sped it up with the high test for your age.

Fin is a sin. No gain from rogaine. And still go bald with nizoral.
