I have had a terrible day. I backed into a women's car of course by accident and it was my fault. Little cracked plastic bumper, a scratch and a little out of alignment. Well HOLY CRAP, she got out and flipped. SHe had a case of water bottles and started throwing them on the ground at my feet she was so mad. THen she wanted my ATM card, or me locked up!! It was a scene like you never saw!! Suprisingly I was calm, I was speechless!!! I just kept saying IM sorry each time she smashed a water bottle at my feet!! It was really over the top!! I concluded that if I had this women in the gym she could crank out some heavy reps!! I honestly have never seen anything so flipped out. I mean my shovel throwing at the stalker was mild compared to this.

I just had a terrible day!!!
 
thanks for the vote of support. Its funny when one is the aggressor, the other usually stays calm. I was speechless for the first time in my life! It really was an episode. Its was totally insanity. She was from a foreign country could speak little English but she kept yelling ATM or JAIL at me!! Then came the water bottle. SHe was not really trying to hit me, just she broke the bottle so the water went all over. The cop came and looked at me all wet and said what the heck is going on here?? Like an episode from I love lucy!!!!! All this over a bunch of plastic!! My nerves are shot today. Im going to bed. This whole scene has me mentally exhausted.

btw, I am not making this up. Now for the next wave of shit from my husband when he sees that I backed up into a car!! Ohh Lord round 2 coming up!

My apologies. If i known i was talking to a female i wouldnt've used that language. Still. Shoudve went ape shit on that gal. Thats retarded.
 
So what happened? What did the cop do? I would have chucked a water bottle at her. She has no right to act like that. Yes you're at fault but she can't act like a fucking moron.

well the cop asked me what the heck is going on here?? Picture this scene, a crazy little short fat spanish women who looks like a weeble running around yelling ATM OR JAIL at me, I am soaking wet with 5 plastic water bottles by my feet. I mean just think how odd this looks!!! The cop was a women and saw me wet and then asked did she throw them at you? I said no, she threw them at the gound and they exploded on me. Cop said was she aiming for you? I said no , I just think she wanted to get me wet and near my feet but did not hit me with the actual bottle. So the cop did Nothing, and too be honest I did not want to lie , just wanted this nut to calm down! It really was crazy. Looking back on the whole thing I just have to laugh.

Well to Cam, I am a women and the bad women driver who hit the crazy foreigner!! Believe me, I will look twice next time!!! And I have no problem with bad language.

she's spanish? wow giving me a bad name,there's a difference between spanish from europe and latina from south center america,that said Im suprised the female cop did not arrest her based on disorderly conduct,now what cam said that is not right kid to say about women,let me tell u something son women are smarter than us, they know everything were up to,they can tell when we are lying,something to think about,.besides anyone can have a fender bender ,.

you know the only reason I brought up the foreign issue is that there was a communication barrier however Spanish, is really not the issue, I should have not brought that up. Look she was upset and could not communicate it I guess and was not ever in an accident and not used to the system. IN all fairness she did not HIT me with the bottles either, she was smart she broke them by my feet so I got wet but they did not hit me. And I did hit her car!! So spanish, blue, greek, arab its just the anger was really the crazy part. I was a little thrown off.

Look she would be good to have on my side if she was my friend. I am the one on roids and she was far crazier than me!!! Hats off to her.

I understand language barrier, but still she should of went to jail for disorderly conduct, and not to mention battery just because she wet u, that is battery no matter what, looks like she got lucky, If Id were u dont have her on ur side that lady is crazy,lol.
 
I know I'm gonna get reamed but sometimes I too, have the attitude of "If you can't speak our language get the fuck out our country.".
 
Anger is hella anaboic actually (sort of)--it can drive a work out and make you lift more and longer... worked in very anabolic way for me, I always put on angry (industrial/metal) music when I lift and I can lift more, then again my best gains occur. I often feel angry in the gym, cause I feel competitive and this works for gain.
 
Btw research shown that competition causes sharp testosterone spike/release in women (on men it doesn't have that much effect).
