AngryMuscles' diet log

i'm not a huge fan of veggies..but i don't mind them if i'm in the mood and ok ok I will eat my beans and brocolli..mom. lol!

breakfast
1 bowl oatmeal
4 fried eggs
3 hotdogs
1 liter grape juice
amino caps
vitamins

didn't snack. ate breakfast too late already

lunch
large serving of rice
1/2 bowl of tuna
2 hotdogs
amino caps
vitamins

snack
1 bowl of oatmeal

dinner
small serving of rice
1/2 bowl of chinese style cooked brocoll
plate of tomato
a bowl of steamed meat
fruit juice
amino caps
vitamins
1 liter of milk

and i feel like vomiting from force feeding. practically, that's what I've been doing for the past 2-3days. no complaints and thinking about my bench makes me eat more and more.

*note* not sure if i'll be still snacking afterwards. not feeling good from fullness.

I'm being serious/realistic. Not only will it prevent colon cancer/hard stools, but eating fresh vegetables add a lot of great nutrients/vitamins that you cannot subsitute in with pilled vitamins/supplements.

Bottom line: if you want to live a longer, healthier life then you will eat your vegetables. I am usually not the one to preach, but I will this time.
 
past days diet have been the same..6 meals a day.

yup. tasty veggie alright. i dunno what it is called in english, but we call it here in the philippines, "ampalaya" it's a very bitter veggie but uber yummy when cooked right. the veggie soup consist of thick ass cow meat steamed with "pechay" leafy veggie and carrots and potatoes.

4 cheeseburgers, giant ass ice cream and liter of milk...sounds light to me. oughta throw in 3 more cheeseburgers and we'll call it even. ^^

it has no brand. It is simply called, 'dirty ice-cream' and why you ask, because these are the kinds of ice cream being sold on the streets. they're not really dirty but ya get the idea. though...my fave ice cream brand is "FIC" Fruits in Ice Cream. I dunno if they've gone international yet. I don't eat ice cream all the time...in fact..very rarely only.
 
Good to hear you're eating the veggies again.

Serious question - have you had constipation problems due to the lack of fiber in your diet? And if so, have the veggies helped at all so far?

i don't think i'll snack tonight. too full already. night!
