today is my niece's 1st b-day..so yeah..restaurant party

lunch <---had many things to do in preparation..like hanging balloons and the works..so hungry.

liver cooked with different kinds of veggies

more liver and veggies (differently cooked again)
egg soup
fried chicken

snack (finally got home afterwards)
huge serving of leftover party fried rice
liver/veggie FTW
green mangoe with fried shrimp paste
last 3/4 piece of pistachio cake
vitamins

2 bottles of strong beer

a big ass bowl of japanese dish, namely katsudon, practically a bowl filled with fried beef in fried rice mixed with raw egg.
a dish of sashimi (tuna)
mango juice

snack
some coffee at starbucks

dinner (the time between lunch and dinner was short since lunch was already like 5:30 in the afternoon and dinner was 7:00)
3/4 piece of a 2 pound baby back rib
bowls of beef soup and damn are they heavy
a cup of rice
and I force feed them ribs/beef soup to the point I feel high and so sick.

till now, I am still full..but I might drink milk

12/26/06-12/30/06 are mainly fucked up diet due to parties and alcohol. it can't be helped. sorry

i weight 190 right now and it stays there. i can say i lost some fats since i can carve my serratuses out again.

fried shrimp paste is philippine's delicacies that goes so freaking well with green magoes. i will take vids/pics of it when I'm having it again. yeah, veggies veggies veggies and thanks! u 2
