2 liters of full cream milk
lunch
3 servings of rice
3 fried eggs
2 steamed meat
a plate of green mangoe with fried shrimp paste as its sidedish(yummy)
half a cartoon of fruit juice
1 can of tuna
and some amino acid 6000 pills
snack
more green mangoe and fried shrimp paste
then sleep
dinner
2servings of rice
1 piece chicken
some more green mangoes and fried shrimp paste
and some amino acid 6000 pills.
