Another Gyno Thread (looking for 2cents)

I have been searching online and visited with my doctor for years now. I cannot pin this gyno issue down. It's really been weighing on me lately as I am trying to cut back down and summer is coming. I did prohormornes a couple years ago around 20-21 (now 24). I got tender/itchy nipples and since then they have been puffy unsightly.

My doctor prescription me 20mg of nolva for the last couple months but not really helping. At times it's perfectly fine other times my nipples are extremely puffy and noticeable through shirts.

I meet with a surgeon on Friday to discuss a procdure to remove any tissue. But before hand I'd like to get some opinions.

I have RUI products letro and Raloxifene. Should I continue with my 20mg of Nolva with 60-120mg of The ralo ed. And take a small .25 dose of letro eod or so.

Just looking for any advice. I will try and attach some pictures I just took. Currently I just got down with a leg day and my nipples are tight and not puffy it doesn't look as bad. View attachment 566431View attachment 566432View attachment 566433

Have you tried reducing body fat percentage? You are carrying some fat on you which is probably giving you some Psuedo-gyno.

Has a doctor done a physical exam to see if you have gyno? And have you checked your estradiol and prolactin levels?

As for Nolva, two months probably isn't enough time to reduce gyno if it has been there for a while. And Raloxifene has shown to have a slightly better success rate in some studies. But it can take up to 6 months to see a difference.

I was leaner last summer and it wasn't as bad. Currently cutting down right now

My general doc agrees he feels like it is gyno. But hopefully the surgeon can tell me definetly.

I have them check with work each year and everything has been in the normal range. Hopefully next week I am going to get to the urgent care my wife works at and get blood taken to be sent in.

Okay, maybe I should stick with it a few more months before surgery. But I will re-evaluate after my consultation Friday.

Thanks

Also I would like to add something I just put in the original post. It seems when I am bloated for example I have a couple beers or something my nipples look a lot puffier
