I use GEAR on and off as a staple and I have to say, taking 12 to 20 caps a day, this stuff goes fast. I took advanatage of this myself, always love free supps. GEAR equals protein in a bottle. Add this to any of your meals to make it that much better. I keep these in my house, my car, my gym bag, anywhere I can think of that I might need these to add to a meal to make it better. Somestimes, I dont have a choice but to eat something that might not be to good or to high in protein, etc, and then I grab a few of these babies and BAM..

great deal!! I love gear. about to finish 2nd bottle. i take 12-16 per day. 4 with 1st meal, 4 w/lunch, 4 prewo and 4 post(bed time). i was flat and soft after my pct, gear helped me harden up and gain the 1/2" i lost per arm after pct. i'm currently using gear during my Diesel/Beast cycle. gear will be an everyday supp for me.
