Anxiety a little up..................

I been dealing with anxiety for a long time. I use to be on 20 mg paxil....took it while on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) too....
I notice I feel a little more anxious when at 160 mg/7 days...
Ever since I got my C PAP and re charge at night....I cut down the paxil to 15 mg/day....
Doesn't feel like it is cutting it.
I limit caffeine too now since starting Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and T shots.
Maybe both(HCG and T) are working...so maybe I should reduce the dose of T..
I feel more alert than usual....
last week (before T shot) was feeling mentally slower and less alert.
I don't feel depressed or anything.
What do you guys think?

No.

I'm going to say this once and only once Apollon.

Do not mess with your protocol. You haven't even had the testosterone in you long enough to do much of anything. If you continue to feel this way after a FEW MONTHS, then I'd talk to the docs about changing things up. Otherwise, LEAVE IT ALONE.

I felt like it last year too...then going off it was a bit better...but T was low.
maybe its the E2 from both the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) and T this time around? as well as I am on less paxil.

I'm going to try to say this with as much respect and tact as I possibly can:

A HUGE part of your problem is you analyze things to death and are impatient. I am an analytical personality, so I understand the need to have a basic picture of what is going on at all times, but you're seriously seeing things that may not even be there. Keep up with the test, which will balance you out; then get labs to verify you're good on E2 and everything else. Anxiety and this constant twitchy behavior are VERY likely due to your low testosterone - I only say that as I felt the EXACT same way before testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) fixed me up. Xanax and just about every benzo you can imagine were shoved down my gullet because docs didn't know that you act that way when you're either estrogen dominant or simply have too low of testosterone to keep that noggin' working right.

At least that was my case, and in no way should be substituted for the advice of a physician. If you have a great deal of anxiety that you are unable to cope with, please seek medical attention immediately.

My .02c :)

thks for advice halfwit. Had it like 20 years old....too when T was good. It got better.
I reduced the dose in march this year. Felt my mind clear up a bit...only my T was low though.
I think the E2 is fucking me up from the HCG..or maybe the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) is kicking in as well as I been on that for 2 weeks now...it makes DHEA as well as E2....HCG is on top of the T I shot I took last Friday.
I think I was more relaxed last year when just on T and 20 mg paxil.
Maybe its just me and I'm fucked up..who knows.
Been feeling like shit for months what do you expect...it takes a toll on your nerves.
Last night slept at 7 am....
never felt sleepy.

I'm concerned with my appointment with Endo in 2 weeks...
Even though I have a testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc...that family doc made an appointment with him.
I've run complete blood panels for a year now....everything: Lh, FSH, T.T., Free T, BIO T, TSH, Prolactin, E2, SHBG, Coritsol....e.t.c.
A good year of all these tests and Baseline Numbers are all the same.
What if this guy says come off your T....for me to run "other tests"?
I don't know this guy, nor do I know how he will go about my case, did some online searching and he was in the same med school as my family doc and about the same time. Now my family doc says: "your levels are normal"....what if this endo spoke with him on the phone and both have come to some sort of understanding?
I'm just thinking....
I know my family doc hates the testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc I went too...cause "he's not an endo"

What do you think?

Due for shot tomorrow. Took the 160 mg last Friday...
Tomorrow is Day 7...
Could be T dipping in my system as I haven't gotten it stabilized in my system.

I felt super anxious on 200mg a week I switched to 100 E3.5Days and it seemed to take the edge off.

You took the 200 mg in one shot?
I feel fine most times...if I'm at gym or talking to people I'm comfortable with...
just when I am on the spot and need to make a facilitation in class.
I knew I couldn't be the only one...
Do you get any reaction if you eat salty food as well?

Hopefully when the test fully kicks in you can get off the SSRI's. Many guys have been able to when they restored and balanced their hormones again. Good luck.

In the meantime, listen to Halfwit's stern warning to NOT TINCKER. Give your new treatment time to work.

I'm also worried bout this endo in 2 weeks...this could be playing a role in some anxiety.
He could possibly say: "I would like you to stop everything so I can run my own tests"....
I don't wanna feel like shit anymore.
I have 1 year of complete blood panels while I was off TRT....all the pituitary hormones are in there too.
Even though my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) doc is very knowledgeable in this area...having an Endo look you over is not bad. I would appreciate his expertise as well.
But it's a bit too late...

I also had the Anxiety when I was younger(before any testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) or AAS cycle). My Free T was 67 Pmol/L usually at 21 years old.
I started working out, zinc, vitamin supplements, healthy body weight last time I measured before touching any Exogenous T...
I was at 72 Pmol/L for Free Testosterone at 24 y.o. (natty)
(Range for Free Testosterone was: 31-94 Pmol/L)

I take paxil too (30 mg per day). I tried to come off of it the first time I started Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) (2 years ago). When I decreased my dosage at that time, my anxiety became unbearable so I readjusted my dosage to where it was before I started the Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) protocol.

I just recently restarted Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) at 200 mg of cypionate per week. Based on my previous experience, I will not be adjusting the paxil dosage this time around. I think your anxiety is due to the adjustment in paxil dosage, not testosterone replacement therapy (TRT). Just my .02.

That's what I thought...
I was on 20 mg paxil for longest time (while TRT) and never decreased it till after coming off.
