Hey iam 21 and am considering going on Test-E for 10-12 weeks @ 500mg

With proper PCT.

Been reading that sometimes you can damage your body and cant get your test levels back up even with pct then being on testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) for rest of your life.

Anyone here who started at 21 and fucked up there self?

If done properly, you'll more than likely be fine. But at 21 you have a few years left of natural potential, wait it out and rethink using gear in a few years.

Its def a possibility and a likely one at 21. You have so much HGH and Test flowing through you right now its likely a diet/exercise issue.
