What do you guys think of this for a mass building Routine??

Mon Chest / Triceps /Shoulders

Flat Bench 5x5
Pec dec 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Close Grip Bench 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Pushdowns 4 sets 6,6,4,,4
Military Press 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Shrugs 3 sets 10, 8,6

Tue Legs

Squat 5x5
Leg Curls 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Calf Raises 5 sets of 15

Wed Back/ Biceps

Chin Ups 3 sets of 5
One Arm Rows 5x5
Machine Rows 4 sets 6,6,4,4
Ez Bar Curls 5x5
Preacher Curls 4 sets 6,6,4,4

Fri - 15/20 Mins on a punch bag

Let me know what u think of this i am trying to gain mass, any tips and advice much appreciated, thanks in advance Neil
 
drop the shrugs on monday and either move them to back day or drop the all together . add in deadlifts on back day , they are a major compound excercise and shouldnt be skipped , they will also build your traps better than shrugs . i would spread your lifting out more . right now you do all your lifting 3 days in a row , try mon/wed/fri , this should allow you to recuperate better .
