i chewed for about 4 years through senior year of HS into college. Got tired of the ulcers and little sores in my mouth and got worried about throat cancer so i quit cold turkey one day. havent had a dip of skoal or cope since, but occasionally if i go hunting/fishing ill have a chew of levi garrett or redman.
